The
Cylinder

Up
to 3 panels the compressor is attached to the
cylinder and is provided as one unit like in
the examples below, on top of the compressor
you will see the control and settings panel.
This is where you can switch the system on/off
and programme the temperature and settings |

When
we go up to the more powerful systems
of 4 panels and above the compressor
and cylinder are supplied separate.

In some instances our design team may spec separate
(stand alone) heating and hot water systems.
An

It
is worth remembering the space required by these
systems. For a simple domestic hot water system
with 1 – 3 panels, at the very least consideration
will have to be given as to where the cylinder
can go in your home. These come in a variety
of sizes from 200L, 250L, 280L and 300L. An example
of the dimensions for the 200L are shown below,
typically larger vessels are slightly broader
with an increase in height
